Social media has several benefits, but it also has many drawbacks. Researchers, parents, and instructors are all curious about how social media make impact on students’ mental health.

Social media has changed the way we communicate and interact with one another. Social media has also made it simpler to connect with others, share our views and experiences, and gain & share information, but the impact of social media on students’ mental health, on the other hand, is a source of deep concern that needs to be discussed as a serious issue.
